My son told me about a new healthy cafe opening in our village , Hemp hub, as I have a few ailments I thought I would give it a try. The knowledge of these guys is 2nd to none . Spent a good 20 minutes chatting to me to find out my requirements and then recommending the best help, different smoothie/shake recipes for different purposes , I even started a cleaning frenzy after a smoothie I had so much energy. That’s not like me haha! The staff are so friendly and helpful, I usually do takeaway , but sat in today and thoroughly enjoyed it , they chatted away to me and I even had some samples , win win , . And don’t get me started on the brownies …nom nom Health conscious recipes ,some gluten-free, dairy free and vegan amongst others , give these a try if only for a healthy delicious filling smoothie (no I’m not on commission) you won’t be disappointed

We have been fortunate enough to have The Hemp Hub serving healthy hot drinks and the most amazing, tasty, nutritional cakes and desserts in the fabulous coffee shop at The Healing Post Wellness Market in Edenthorpe every 3rd Saturday in the month. Alex is always willing to share his knowledge to help others and shares our community vision. Already, visitors are returning to the market to seek out further advice and re-stock with CBD products both for humans and for pets! We are making plans with The Hemp Hub for further events, workshops and talks – The Healing Post and The Hemp Hub making a real difference together in our community !
The Healing Post – Feb 22
I popped into the Hemp-Hub today to collect a second bottle of “CBD Oil for Animals” which Alex had previously recommended for Bruce. Bruce is my elderly house rabbit who has three inoperable tumours. He’s absolutely thriving on it. Difficult to say if there is any reduction in size because he doesn’t like me checking; but his coat is beautifully glossy and he is visibly not in any pain. Even better he looks forward to his “special” biscuits each day which is more than can be said for conventional medicine.
He also was quite a “stress” bunny and had previously had regular episodes of gut stasis; which can be fatal if not dealt with quickly enough. Since being on the CBD oil we’ve not had one episode of gut issues at all which has meant zero trips to the vets and zeros nights spent on the sofa syringe feeding him.
With all of that positive outcome for him I have today picked up a bottle of CBD Oil (human version) for myself. I’m a huge fan of the smoothies and cakes there too which are not only full of fabulous ingredients but totally yummy too.
Alex really knows his stuff about the benefits of his products so I’d definitely recommend a visit to the Hemp-Hub; you won’t be disappointed with the quality of everything sold there.

Just visited here the young man serving us was brilliant! Friendly, polite and couldn’t do enough for us! Knew everything about his products and even a little something for the pouch!!
Incase I needed any encouragement to buy a little treat (I defiantly didn’t) everything is gluten free and the calories are low I mean it’s clearly meant to be thank you for a lovely experience and bringing this little diamond to the village!

Called in again today, I think this is my third or fourth visit. Had the "Everything Smoothie" (I'm working my way through the list) whilst chatting with the incredibly knowledgeable Alex; and it was everything I expected it to be and more.
I've brought home a supply of goodies including the "Super(Food) CBD SnowBalls!" which are absolutely delicious.
Just can't stop telling people how wonderful this place is. Just being in there enjoying the smoothies and the cakes is like sunshine on a rainy day. Fabulous
went in today. was greeted very warmly. the shop is lovely and clean, staff are professional , as a gluten and lactose free person i was skeptical i must say. but i tried a coffee and it was perfect. the spiced rum truffles are nice but i think i have over indulged on them. but as i was told they are freezeable so theres no waste. price was reasonable . would recommend

Discovered Hemp Hub's amazing 'free from' baking today at the Edenthorpe wellness market. I have to say the pistachio cake was just out of this world! I would highly recommend trying them

Only just discovered Hemp-Hub and already in love! Alex and Brett are super friendly and very knowledgeable about different ways of helping me with my pain, would 100% recommend every single day
I have a beautiful diabetic, blind husky who is just 11 years young! She loves to walk and run despite her disabilities but I noticed her reluctance to ‘jump’ into the back of the car! Alex suggested the CBD made from sheep fat that he makes and I am thrilled with the results. Keya has one pipette of this every evening before bed and it has made a massive difference to her mobility. I believe it has also helped to regulate her sugar levels as I monitor this daily and this too has stabilized – no longer erratic readings for Keya! I shall continue giving her this fantastic product – she actually loves to lick it from her bowl! Huge thanks and appreciation from Keya and myself for introducing this to us. Immense thanks.
